I traveled to Madrid not knowing the difference between TAPAS, PINCHOS and CANAPES. And it seemed that in the end, there is none (according to Like-a-Local guide Marcus). All three are small bites of food which come in different shapes and sizes. Anchovies, ham, cheese, chorizo… The possibilities are infinite.
