“Goooood Food is an exhibition taking place at the International Design Biennale in St-Etienne, France. Showcasing the collaborative efforts of renowned chefs, designers and scientists, including Pierre Gagnaire’s “Conglomeles” (picture 2) that are artificial vegetables made out of cells joined together. Looks strange but tastes alright…
